Order a repeat prescription
If you take Medicine regularly, you will usually have a repeat prescription.
This means that you can order your medicine when you need it without having to see a GP.
Order by using our patient email
Please email patient.g82076@nhs.net this is to be used for prescription requests ONLY.
Please put the medication you require, your name, date of birth, address and the pharmacy you wish to collect your medication from, or if you wish to collect your prescription from the surgery.
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine, your local pharmacists can answer these. They can also answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
Please note: If you have not been prescribed a medication before you will need to contact the surgery to book an appointment with a GP.
Order using an online form
You can order a repeat prescription using an online form.
We recommend only using this form if you do not have access to other online services like the NHS app. You will need to provide the name of the medication and dosage.
In person
You can order a repeat prescription in person at the surgery.
If you have a repeat prescription slip, you can drop it off at the prescription drop-in box.
We will respond within 7 working days.
Order using the NHS app or website
The NHS app is a quick way to access NHS services. Using the NHS app means you do not need to enter your personal details each time you contact the surgery. You can read more about the app on the NHS website.
You can use your NHS account to order a repeat prescription.
You will need the NHS app or your NHS account login details.
Nominating a pharmacy
When you order a prescription online, you can have your prescription sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice to collect your medication. This is called a nomination.
