Internal Transfer Request

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PATIENTS REGISTERED WITH DR SYED:

We are currently unable to accept any internal transfer requests from Dr Syed’s list to any of the remaining doctors within the practice, until we have announced the name of the new accountable GP. This is necessary to maintain a safe level of care for all patients by ensuring that each doctor's list size remains manageable.

 We regret to inform you that we will be unable to process any transfer requests at this time. Therefore, you will continue to be registered with Dr Syed until further notice.

 We understand that this may cause some concern, but please be assured that we have locum doctors in place, and we are actively recruiting a new GP. Once the new GP is appointed, Dr Syed's patient list will be transferred to the new GP.
