Important Update: Application to Change to Our Practice Boundary

Dear Patients,

We would like to inform you of a proposed upcoming change to our practice boundary. From April, Mote Medical Practice will be joining with Staplehurst Health Centre, which will become our branch surgery. As part of this transition, we are applying to adjust our practice boundary to align with Staplehurst Health Centre’s.
